Around 80 litres of milk are processed into butter and various cheeses every day on the alpine pasture. Other specialities include spicy butter, home-baked bread, bacon, sausages and salami from their own production, which can be bought at the hut to take away.
Easily accessible from the Nockalm Road in approx. 45 minutes.

In the middle of a 500-year-old Swiss stone pine forest at 1,700 metres above sea level, the hut enchants guests. While the adults enjoy their own alpine farm, the children romp around in the petting zoo and in the playground. Tired hiking legs can recover at the Speik care centre. Kaiserschmarrn pancakes, cheese spaetzle and the Brettljause snack taste delicious. Overnight accommodation available!

At 2,024 metres above sea level is the highest alpine inn on the Nockalm Road with an inviting terrace. Savour the delicacies, such as the Nockalmjause and the Bauernbrat'l. An exhibition on the first floor shows interesting facts about the biosphere reserve! In the in-house farmers' market you will find souvenirs and delicious home-made products from the region.

There is a charge of € 1.00 for using the toilet, for which you receive a voucher that can be redeemed on consumption.

There's always a place to enjoy our hearty hut fare. Enjoy the beautiful landscape with homemade soups, dumplings, roast pork and various snacks. For overnight guests, we have set up a dormitory for up to 13 people in the hut. There are shower facilities in the neighbouring building.
